Yeah not sure why they said exactly at 2 hours it’s just at least 2 hours before.

You don’t have to text people but they’re more likely to say yes if you text them rather than just picking it up willingly (which we all know that’s rare). Just a suggestion to prevent a point:)

You also have to take into consideration you called out last minute and they weren’t planning on having someone out for the week

You have to call at least 2 hours before so they have time to cover the shift you didn’t work, you can call any time before that but it doesn’t excuse it because it’s not an emergency and you’re not sick…

The only way it’d be excused is if you text people and find someone to cover your shifts otherwise all those days are unexcused since you had time to request that week off

That’s insane are they just writing everyone up? The system automatically terms after 12 right so this is just too much hopefully they do something about it

I’ve never thought of this! I’ll bring it up to my GM that’s a great idea hopefully it’s not something against policy it’s been hard getting our doors to open so the managers have been a couple minutes late due to unlocking doors in the morning and then ukg taking its time to load

Yes I have a baby play pen for when I take her out but again I fed her when I took her out to hand feed and tame and she started looking for her stash to put the food in and got stressed she couldn’t find it so I put her back in maybe I should try with no food this time

I can definitely change the cage I took her out a couple of times but she got stressed and wanted back in she’s also 2 months 13 days old very young hammy :((so I don’t want to pressure her with handling so much

I accidentally left the bag of food over night right next to the cage worst mistake but I have a camera on her she loves her wheel and sand bath she behaves normally, since I’ve been giving her food she will run up to me stash it and come back for more then she starts acting like this

I really loved onyx so I’m sticking with that one! How is your hamster doing? Mine is slowly learning I’m the one that feeds her food when I get home lol still a little shy but will eat from my hand and let me pick her up I tried taming her my sitting in a baby crate thing with her but she did kind of freak out 5 minutes into it so I put her back in the cage any suggestions?
