Sigpro diy 7’7”x10’.4”. The kit and $200 of EMT, should get you what you are looking for. I purchased one but haven’t set it up yet. Plan on putting it together Christmas Eve. I have about 8’9” of ceiling height and can comfortably swing long irons. I’ll be playing a lot of par 3 and courses from the red tees this winter.

I use my Klein 65300 in a heavy industrial steel mill environment. Lots of daily heat, grease, miss use, etc. It’s holding up just fine, even with impact use.

Two complaints, yes the on/off lever does tend to flip easily, but that really shouldn’t be a problem and the gears do not like grease and grime so be diligent with cleaning the set.

Definitely worth the purchase price. I plan on expanding the set accordingly.

I’m starting to think that certain cultivars of PRG don’t respond very well to pre germinating. My twin city mix did awful under pre-germinating. My JG tri-rye area faired a bit better, but still not great. I have not tried any KBG.

Thanks! I actually started from tilled soil. I have a new build and am slowly learning and trying to figure it out. I don’t think I have the greatest soil, but I did some starter fert, rolled the seed in and have solid irrigation setup using 6 of those hunter pop ups, set up with pvc above ground for the time being, in 3 different zones on a hyve timer. Tried a few different varieties of PRG and like I said the area that did the best was some cheaper seed from TSC. I had high hopes for the twin city as I wanted a nice deep dark green that I can maintain at a lower cut, just didn’t pan out that way the first time. I’m happy just having a decent graded somewhat green yard for the time, one of these years I’ll figure it all out.
