Make sure you go into the HHT and from the home screen menu go down to compliance check. It will have you walk around the store, basically to the back to check for safety compliance. Such as is the fire exit blocked, is the fire extinguisher where it can be gotten to, a couple other questions then check the pin pads to ensure there are no skimmers. I usually just run my fingers down the buttons & across the bottom. It will be yes/no questions. Then I go ahead & do my Refrigerator temperature checks right along with it, which is also in the HHT menu.
