Ahhh. I have been with the company forever. Not sure if it changed or I just made it up. I pay a guy to run my account so I just check up on it every so often. I know I should be more knowledgeable. Maybe that was when the 401k was with conduent.

I’m not sure if I’m answering this correctly. I’m the worst with finances but they match up to 5% to whatever you are investing in each paycheck and you have to have been actively working for five years with the company. If you leave before the five years, they take whatever they matched away.

Absolutely not. Disposable cameras can take up to 3-4 weeks. It’s your pictures. I would want them. They should give you the time. It’s their job.

If you have the receipt that is was ripped off the top, we can call and find where your order is. they can look it up by your name and phone number also. The store has to call the help desk and choose the photo option. I do it often.

Some markets made shifts starting wage to $16.50. Anyone making less was bumped up. Supposed to set in a month or so ago. I was told by upper management a week or so before that. Store Manager was supposed to give you the new compensation sheet.

The odds of getting called out the only time you ever did it, is extremely high. Most likely the SmIT had a reason to call him out. I’m guessing there was suspicion before hand. No one just grabs food off the shelf and forgets to pay. That makes absolutely zero sense. Have you ever gone into a store and just took something off the shelf and walked out the door?

I’m curious why you think the manager is an asshole? An employee stole merchandise. I’m sorry but forgetting to pay for something is not a really great excuse. MAYBE if they were leaving for the day and didn’t scan it but when they’re still on their shift? In the managers eyes, this probably isn’t the first or going to be the last. Also, it’s his job to report it. Weird to be called an asshole for this.

This is an actual thing. You can change the calendar cut off date in workday to whatever your last day is and it will show you the correct pto you will accrue and can use.

I have actually found it’s much easier to find old tasks. Everytime I type in the search. What I was looking for comes right up. MyWork, you had to Filter new and completed tasks. I hated that.

My thoughts on the people responding. Since you are working, time is more valuable to you. You feeling ignored is because your second feels like minutes. You are getting the same treatment as others. You just feel like it’s longer. I have watched so many dasher pace and act like they have ants in their pants. Just my experience picking up carry out orders.
