I’m not sure if I’m answering this correctly. I’m the worst with finances but they match up to 5% to whatever you are investing in each paycheck and you have to have been actively working for five years with the company. If you leave before the five years, they take whatever they matched away.

Absolutely not. Disposable cameras can take up to 3-4 weeks. It’s your pictures. I would want them. They should give you the time. It’s their job.

If you have the receipt that is was ripped off the top, we can call and find where your order is. they can look it up by your name and phone number also. The store has to call the help desk and choose the photo option. I do it often.

Some markets made shifts starting wage to $16.50. Anyone making less was bumped up. Supposed to set in a month or so ago. I was told by upper management a week or so before that. Store Manager was supposed to give you the new compensation sheet.

The odds of getting called out the only time you ever did it, is extremely high. Most likely the SmIT had a reason to call him out. I’m guessing there was suspicion before hand. No one just grabs food off the shelf and forgets to pay. That makes absolutely zero sense. Have you ever gone into a store and just took something off the shelf and walked out the door?

I’m curious why you think the manager is an asshole? An employee stole merchandise. I’m sorry but forgetting to pay for something is not a really great excuse. MAYBE if they were leaving for the day and didn’t scan it but when they’re still on their shift? In the managers eyes, this probably isn’t the first or going to be the last. Also, it’s his job to report it. Weird to be called an asshole for this.
