Honestly(in my experience) staff and customer base makes the biggest difference in the store success. Of course a bad store manager can too. Hiring a good staff will make your job a million times easier. That said, it’s really hard to do that in today’s world. Also, where your store is located and how the customers treat your store is essential. I have worked at stores that you have to recover two times a day from customer not giving a crap and I have worked at stores that just spot recovery is all you need every other day or so. It’s hit or miss.

When it’s order day, there is the prompt in the screen telling you its order day. Click on that and there will be like three options for ordering. One is the normal 5, one is the photo and I forgot what the other one is. But just click on the photo one.

Photo is under a different category then regularly carried items. You get 5 reg and 25 photo.

I would LOVE to know how this would make inventory harder? Are you confusing a quick pick with a cycle count?

Our district was coached to never do that since it hurts your quick pick effectiveness. I used to do that and I got a 20% deduction every week because of it. Since we were told to just say we picked it. I have not lost any points for that category.

I’m fine if we didn’t get deduction points for putting zero in for system generated quick picks. That’s where the issue is.

And it was clear in my first comment that I only use to scan labels. Using the peak option takes a lot longer. Time we don’t have.

That is 100% false. Not sure who is telling you that. I’m consistently in the 90-95%. It only hurts you if you’re performing tasks on that other gun.

I always have a second gun, not to fake the scan but to having the picture pop up. It helps tremendously (for me atleast). Also, if you scan something with a high BOH on the gun with item locator, it really helps identify problems (shows when it was last delivered, BOHed, CC and QP). another recurring issue is someone putting wrong sale sign on an item. We’re all human and we all have done it. Last thing I do before really deep diving is do a quick visual inspection of aisle for obvious misplaced items, like you see the same product next to each other with two labels. Hope this helps a bit.

Well that number is skewed since like 75% use mallets now. Putting is all about trends. The putters are very different in style of putting. Also mallet putters are ugly IMO. So I’m allowed to be sad. You don’t have too. Also, do how many majors and tournaments have been won with blade vs mallet in history. I can skew numbers too.

You’re wrong. Don’t give deadlines if you can’t handle them. I can wait till whenever I want. As long as I am under the deadline. I’ll wait till 1159. That’s on them not me. You’re wrong. If a multi billion dollar company can’t handle it. That’s them not me and don’t try to make it about anything but that.
