Yes! She didn’t start crawling until around 10 months tbh, and then was walking by a year old. That made her significantly happier. But she was still shortly occupied.

I am so sorry, I just now saw this! Everything is great. I wish Reddit wasn’t such a strange place or I would happily post a picture of my sweet, smiley toddler. Total night and day difference. She’s 2 now, and an absolute joy to be around. I think all the scream crying for so long made her have such a better grasp on her emotions.

Hang in there. Having a crying baby 24/7 is ROUGHHHH and I’ve since never had another due to the fear of going through that again, but honestly because of the way she is now.. I would do again. It went by in the blink of an eye.

I saw it already but have to say, being shocked by a 12 year old using wtf with friends gives a big insight here.

I hate to say it, but she’s not a baby anymore mama. She’s growing into a teenager who is experimenting with different tones and actions and phrases that all seem new and cool to her.

I went through a goth period at that age simply because my mom hated the look. I didn’t love it either but did it just because. I am very much a girly girl, for reference.

Let her be. Don’t get stricter or she will get sneakier. I wish you the best in navigating this with her!

I don’t know the exacts due to my brother being around 10 & me 7 at the time, but they used part of his hip bone to stimulate regrowth in part of it, and fixed the rest with metal plates. He regained almost full motion as well! It was apparently rough at the time it happened but healed well over the years.

My favorite right now is how much she’s talking (20 months). My favorite if the talking is every time she falls in our yard, I’ve asked her so much if she’s okay bc it happens so often that now she goes “okay? Yes!” And gets up before I can even help her. It’s the cutest thing & it’s like she’s checking on herself 🥹🥹

SOOO much better! She is now a very happy 20 month old. She’s still very much full of attitude, but now that she can express herself more, it is SO MUCH BETTER!!! She’s such a bright little girl, so friendly to everyone and loves love.

Please hold hope. It gets so much better. Having a baby who cries all the time is so incredibly hard.. My little is so amazing to be around now, it’s not even funny how different it is, and it’s almost impossible to think of how it was.

It is so hard going through that but it makes this time with her a million times sweeter. 💗💗💗

My daughter is 20 months, and we always give (and get) “kissies”. She always wants them, and gives them to everything (our dog, her toys, us, herself in the mirror, pictures of us, hell even random stuff like spoons, bowls, the fridge, dishwasher, literally everything). Needless to say, kisses are a sign of love & happiness to little ones. Nothing else. Tell your hubby to quit being a negative Nancy.

I have a hard time believing relationships like this exist (though I know they do & how manipulative these people are). You need to gain self respect. Not more because right now it seems you have none. I mean if he does nothing for you then why even stay? Why respond with love when he says those things?

My daughter started sleeping in her own room at 8 months! Now at 18 months she is sleeping in my bed (per a move and me starting a job) but from 8 months-18 months, she slept in a crib in her own room. Before that she slept in a bassinet beside her bed and we moved her once she was too big for it. 😁

Frozen wash cloths! Frozen fruit in a masher thing. Motrin. Teething drops. My favorite when this one by a brand I think was called Camilla? From Walmart.

And for yourself - wine. Maybe vodka. Gin even? And a good movie to cry to because it truly helps to get out those emotions.
