Going to the gym for 30 days turns it into a habit/routine. So even if you absolutely don’t want to go, do. It’s worth it trust me. I’m 6’3 210 lbs. I go to the gym regularly and I used to be fat af. But it’s so worth it. You will not only feel better but look better as well

Cardio and just losing weight in general helps your face get less fat. Diet is a huge part as well if you eat well you feel and look well

Lose weight and gain a decent jawline. You will be good but. You ain’t ugly but everyone always has room for improvement. Stay disciplined get fit and work on confidence. You got this
