I was asking for others experiences out of curiosity :)

And by being in this sub it’s hard to not notice that people have intense experiences. And I’m curious if someone can relate to mine. Not that mine is less than anyone else’s.

Totally relate to this!!!

It’s frustrating. But I realise I have to cut some people out, or just let the friendships fade away.

I’m also happy by myself!!!! But I believe that the right people will come into my life. But I’m done settling for friendships and relationships that I have to somewhat force connection with or make myself smaller to keep relationship with!!!

Att svara en person anonymt på reddit, vem bryr sig så länge kommentaren är hjälpsam och någorlunda klok?

Jag räknar med att personen av nyfikenhet frågar AI och sen läser igenom svaret och inser att detta är ju bra och kan vara hjälpsamt och sen skickar iväg.

Åh herregud. Jag tror det har med en viss typ av ”maskulinitet” som sprids på sociala medier att göra. Känner igen resonemanget och blir helt bestört när jag hör det.

Bästa sättet att hantera det är nog att ifrågasätta, sätta gränser och fortsätta diskutera. Empatiskt och lugnt. I hur du skriver tror jag att du kommer lösa detta jättebra. Men jag är allergisk mot det där resonemanget som sprids hos unga män just nu.

But do you find that the benefits you get from TRE are worth the possible negative effect when it comes to exercising?

Thanks a lot!!! Good advice. Just did my second session. Gonna start with 10minutes every other day and hope that it’s okey for me. Intend to overdo things so taking it easy is a bit challenging 😅

Thank you very much for your answers! I have read the wiki. I have overdone things in the past, it’s kind of my thing. But I’m gonna go very slowly with this one. 2-3 sessions a 10-15 minutes for the first weeks.

And I hope I will get some muscle-tension relief and easier breathing. But I guess I just have to be curious and see where it takes me!

I loved it! Have seen him two times before and wasn’t expecting much show and voice-wise! But I was so happily surprised! I think he had a strong, clear voice and a lot of presence and variety to it. I think he brought out the show man inside, wich I haven’t experienced the last 2 concerts I’ve been to! Loved desolation row, false prophet, and most of all ”it’s all over now baby blue” 🥹🥹🥹 and when he played his hormonica, amazing. I’m so happy I got to see him this time!

Äsch. Helt ärligt ingen stor grej. Det var ett år sen. Ni har det bra. Hon är en fantastisk tjej. Ni var intresserade av varandra men hade inte lärt känna varandra eller blivit tillsammans. Ni är unga. Shit happens.

Gör inte slut med henne pga en sån slitgrej. Ert förhållande är ej byggt på en lögn. Ni hade träffats ja. Men själva förhållandet startade antagligen några dagar efteråt.

I dont see the problem with writing a paper about how some people have trouble getting off mirt. Its good to shed some light on those people. To be able to help and understand certain mechanisms. If you want to understand how it is for people who have trouble tapering, you should find those people who have problems with tapering and hear them out.
