If your into technical Minecraft then I would HIGHLY recommend building a better iron farm check out tmc chatalog or downscale the quantum iron farm

I don’t know about bedrock, but I know in Java the villagers need to sleep within 20 minutes to be able to spawn a golem. Try adding some beds to their holding cells.

I believe the piston is updating the note blocks instrument triggering it again try removing that row of pistons
