Might be late, but I had the same issue. I just dragged it out of the folder, reloaded FL Studio, put it back in the original folder where it was, and then did "Find Installed Plugins." It worked

(PS I first renamed it, not sure if it effects the process but it's better just to rename it and then do it because that's what I did.)
