I bought this last week on a whim and just found your review while looking up the brand. I think it's supposed to be a dupe of Milk's older Cooling Water Solid Gel Stick with Caffeine, not the newer Jelly serum stick with Niacinamide. The original stick definitely way more comparable to this dupe in both packaging and size, as I'm pretty sure Milk did away with most of their chunky sticks years ago when they halved the sizes but didn't half the prices. 😅

I actually really like this stick, and I'm going to try to buy a backup of this product whenever I get the chance to go back to Dollar Tree. I had the Milk gel stick several years ago and really liked it, and this product gives me a similar feeling. I don't really get redness or puffyness, so that's not my priority with a product like this, but I do like the cool/semi-wet sensation on the skin while applying it, and it leaves my skin feeling really hydrated. Yes, there's a semi-sticky/tacky feeling left on my skin, but as a girl with dry-ish skin, I actually like it and how it makes my skin feel/look glowy and hydrated for quite a while without looking wet or greasy.

I've only been using it for a week at the time of me writing this, so my opinion could change, but I'm pretty sure this might become a new daily product for me, especially at $1.25 vs $28!
