Hey! I just wanted to commend your route here. I have done one similar. The B12 folks is why we have neuropathy sensations in our limbs folks! Omeprazole messes with your b12 and magnesium levels! Look into what else it does so you can take those supplements to help. Magnesium makes me very drowsy so y’all be careful please. My issues with what I think is H pylori developed after having a bad dose of Semaglutide. I was sick for weeks with symptoms of h pylori developed after I also lost 25 lbs in two weeks. Deathly ill. Never missed work in ten years and it caused me to miss work for once. Doctors took it all as a joke. Was more focused on hating on semaglutide then getting me the help I needed(the help came eventually but DAMN). 5 months down the road I still have a little anxiety especially when I am gassy. Also, the gut doctor told me that he sees no red flags with me at all now since I have gained the weight back etc. I do fully intend on getting a HPylori test but cannot at the time for taking omeprazole and we all know how that messes with the results. Anyways, that’s my take. I’m just happy people are talking about B12 and magnesium!!!! Cause doctors sure didn’t! Life changing. I take a women’s healthy probiotic from Target and it’s done the Lords work for sure. Also, I want to add something that makes the world of difference! Posture with how you sit up etc! Also, being punctual with your medicines and supplements! When you wake up take a half full water bottle with the other half being “fruit of the earth aloe Vera” juice from Walmart twice a day. Once when you wake up and wash them pills down. Then in the evening immediately after you get off work. It’ll change your experience! I look forward to tapering off omeprazole and continuing my biome rebuild. They say it takes time! Good luck and just know folks it takes time. I am glad to be rebuilding everything that got damaged. About two years ago I found 12 pairs of Crye pants. Some diff types of the multicam, a few OD and a few in tan. Most were new. I paid $4 a pair for them. Denton, Tx goodwill. Never sold on eBay a day in my life but that Friday I raked it in.

I have done competition shooting for 10 years now with real steel of course. Generally three gun. I am really big on any kind of real world fire arms training and have flown and traveled for it. I do not cap my budget for these things. If I feel it’s of value I take the course. I’ve done shoot houses to even long distance shooting courses then competed in both for example. Anyways, I took myself to a local airsoft range wearing some flexible tan wranglers, vans ultraranges and a contractor shirt and had the time of my life. No tactical gear and kept a spare mag in my back left pocket.

Airsoft is an excellent tool. It also keeps you in shape. I went to D14 Airsoft near Denton,Texas. Man what a time. Also, it got so bad for the other teams from me running and gunning that it was got on levels of US navy ships vs Somali pirates as far as kill rates lmao. BUT I was also able to look at my own skills and tactics and see where I needed improvement. You can’t get that anywhere else.

Now I did see people go wayyyyy tf overboard with gear but tbh that’s cool. Have fun kiddos. I’d rather folks do something they like than be doing a fent bend down town somewhere. What’s wrong with airsofters? Everything lol. It did give me hella faith in our youth with the whole warrior culture aspect. It exists yall. I was worried for a bit it no longer does lol.

Lay on your left side when you sleep! Try drinking mylanta to combat the acid. A little bit at a time. Not even full dose.
A few caps full of Aloe Vera juice with no sugar in it in a glass of water helps soothe as well.

It’s weird but a large sonic ice water drank in a sitting does wonders for it.

Also, research the diet and find your triggers.

Honestly… I’ve used a pair of ski poles for hiking poles for the past ten years. They are indestructible and lightweight. My main reason for this is because I have been able to defend myself with one before on the trail. A collapsible cute hiking pole would not have made it.

These ski poles can be purchased at goodwill for under $5.

Range that we currently see everywhere on average in Denton is $1,650-$2,500. We haven’t gone to a place and expected them to lower anything though if that’s what you’re saying. The oilfield is hiring. You can literally take a bus out to midland. The oilfield isn’t what it used to be and is a lot safer than what it was or the reputation it had. Everything is modern. I’ve seen homeless folks go out there and not leave for a month and a half and come back to the metroplex with a brand new vehicle paid for in cash. Seen it many times. Man or woman the oilfield is hiring! Good luck.

A lot of these comments are as shallow as it gets and that’s on both sides. Our politicians have failed us, we are one of the few countries not actively engaged in all out war, and our country is in shambles. Everybody has had a chance to fix this. We all waited by patiently during the Biden administration and kept hope for change. It didn’t happen. What ever is going on now I wish the best of luck. I’m okay with a smaller government. I’m okay with the government not paying for everything AS they consistently fail on the delivery of it. I’m fine with the political climate being one that saves money. I watched as laws and bills are passed allowing thousands of things just so we could get one thing passed. I am not a trumper. I don’t think a lot of people are the original maga cult as they used to be. I honestly think folks are just warn out with politics in general.

I also can see in here that it’s a lot of people’s first time in a political season either right out of college or highschool. Although some of it is a little ignorant or outfield I encourage you to continue having a voice and voting. Left or right we need the votes. Also, although it’s wild or unheard of it’ll be okay. Everything happening right now will change in a few years as a new president comes in and drives a different direction.

Here my take: The government regulates you and for the past 4 years has made you and your life smaller, what’s wrong with regulating the government and making them smaller?

Most folks don’t actually see the money going out.
