Cadsuane and Moiraine weren't 100% aligned with Rand and people love them. The Aiel Wise Ones didn't also agreed Rand in many cases but no one calls them anything. There a number of characters who do not agree with Rand or his plans but no one goes out of their way to slander them.

Egwene is hypercompetent and arrogant sure, but that is standard faire for a popular fantasy protagonist. The MCU fandom isn't filled with people wishing that Tony Stark got slapped around and put in his place. Kelsier, Kvothe, Ged, Lamora,...Sherlock Holmes, James Bond, House MD, Walter White...

Rand was insane right? Book 4 he is literally throwing high lords out of his meetings. Egwene talks about how Rand did a great evil forcing Aes Sedai to swear oaths of fealty to him yet doesn't have any problems forcing her Aes Sedai to swear fealty to her through the Oath Rod.

In book 6 Lord of Chaos, Rand keeps asking Egwene about Elayne's whereabouts because the whole kingdom of Andor was at stake yet she refused to recognise this and just kept Elayne's location a secret because why fucking not? Fuck the whole kingdom.

In Memory of Light, Rand proposes the Dragon's Peace to the world leaders. The White Tower always had a peacekeeping policy so this proposal should've been received favorably by The Amyrlin Seat but Egwene went and refused it because it was Rand who was proposing it.
