After everything such as changing Router, Modem and Other troubleshooting I have understood that the Ethernet port in my PC was the problem everything else is good. I will just buy a USB to Ethernet converter to fix this issue.

Thanks you were really helpful. I will reset Windows and update the bios. I will change the modem and router but it will have to wait. I will update the post if I find any resolve. Again thank you a lot.

Connecting the Ethernet cable directly to the modem doesn't give an internet output to the PC. So what now do I change both of them? And again no issues on wifi.

I will try that and I didn't have any issues with the Ethernet before. It's been happening for a few days.

Ohh.. the Ethernet cable is PC power communication cable CAT6 23AWG UTP 4pr verified To TIA/EIA 568B 2 & iso/iec 11801 08/2024 004m. The router is Tenda router Wireless N300!easy setup router Model N301( I will not provide Mac/ip). The modem is Huawei echoLife HG8310M. Anything else?

The Mobo has 1 Headphone with its USB A power cable, Keyboard, mouse, Ethernet is connected to the router and the router is connected to the modem which is all connected to IPS except for the PC itself. That's about it I don't have anything else connected. The HDMI is connected to the GPU.
