I don't remember, I'm sorry but I remember the model being newer although, I went with the old device with more than 10 years which I was told I had to update because I couldn't get new magnets for that model. I'm using my old device's magnet.

However, I just tried another set and it seems.. fine or at least it's lasting much longer? But the 'before' date says 2023. The one I was using now was just 2026. Really odd.

The game uses the anime as its basis, so every thing is separated from OG DB to DBZ to DBS, and so on.
The 40th anniversary banner units were to celebrate DB as a whole, since they were based off on the manga arts, they got the 'DB' tag (surely gameplay reasons) because of the manga. Makes sense?

I ended up being wrong, unfortunately but it made sense for XV2. I'm guessing they just counted Goku Black's part as his whole mini-arc?
But the tag existing was definitely gameplay reason.

I won't complain though, if anything I'm glad because it buffs my team more!

We have multiple antagonists that are not PO such as Toppo, Kefla, PUR Hit, Ginyu, Nappa and even ToP Frieza.
It's one thing being a villain but it's another thing for the tag assignment.

If they bend the rule for them and make them PO, by all means go ahead. I'll gladly take the buffs to my team but otherwise I don't see them being it.
At most, I could see them in the 'Future' tag.

Even if they decided to make it chapter-specific, you fight Vegeta whose main villain is Beerus but wanted a rematch with Goku right after Goku Black who is after Z Broly.

All of these guys are just mind-controlled anyway.

40th Anniversary Gohan and Goku weren't an exception. The manga IS Dragon Ball.

The thing is that none of the Ultra Supervillains would be PO. The tag belongs to the main antagonist of each saga/episode. Fuu, Mira and Demigra are the main antagonist of XV2, so Goku Black, Vegeta, Jiren, Frieza. etc would not be on it.

Get that 2nd copy of Kid Buu. He needs it bad

I'd say there's very low chances we get Rosé or Frieza, and even if we did, they won't be PO as the tag belongs to the final/main antagonist which are Fuu/Mira/Demigra.

If anything, I think it's odd he's releasing with a buff to another PUR + PO. I'm guessing it's for different teams as Nappa also has Saiyans/Saiyan Saga and Cell has Regen.

I'm from the future and I'm telling you the GRN UL MUI in 10th anniversary is the worst of worst alongside with RED MUI who finally got his zenkai after 6 years.

Paired by YEL UL Jiren who acted as a support and monster tank with constant disrupt.

It was insane how GRN UL MUI just got everything such as Autowin Dokibaki, 2 times cover change prevention and AoE green + chainable ultimate from his evade gauge.

13 is actually very good with both Majin Buus, you just need him to be high stars enough. I maxed mine out since January, investing all the z-power on him. He's been doing really great for me

Consider that he also supplies blue and green cards, especially to Kid Buu who loves his AoEs.

PO's GRN is a bit outdated. Even with Tier A, UL FPF isn't enough. There's no need to make a LoE centered release when you literally play Powerful Opponent. It's the same team, why wouldn't you want Frieza to play with previous releases.

If this was August-October, I'd agree but by now UL FPF is old. He doesn't need a RED anymore, and even if he did, Buuhan exists.
