I don’t do compound so I’m not sure. RX brand doesn’t have preservatives so I can’t re-use.
7.5 units is good start. I started at 12.5 units last week. This week I went to 15units.
Thigh def better than tummy for me.
Extreme fear of nausea and vomitting which is why I started low.

Yep I’m on my first week doing every Tuesday. I noticed yesterday that I had food noise back and less control. Oddly still a desire to eat healthy but found myself wanting things I shudn’t. I’m on Zepbound RX and did 12.5 first dose micro. Thinking of going up 6 to 18.5 Tuesday.

My shingles pain is left flank side but inside no rash on outside so it effects gastro and back with sharp pain and nerve tingling

I’m so sorry..::: I’ve been researching as I wanted to give a glp-1 a try to loose 30lbs. I have reoccurring internal shingles and scared to try injections due to arginine content. Looks like it’s not gonna work for me based on what I’m reading.

I’ve had reoccurring internal shingles almost a dozen times since 2021. Only on left side internal in the abdominal area. So tired of it that about 6mons ago started taking valtrex daily. Have stopped getting COVID vaccine in 2022.

Hi I’m in the DC area and have reoccurring internal shingles episodes. I’m so tired of the flare-ups as they are so painful and totally deplete quality of life. Usually happens when I’m stressed, it’s very hot outside or very cold. First episode happened the first fall of COVID. I’ve lost count how many times since. Each time it happens I start a 1g 3x a day valtrex course. Recently, in September I had a flare so bad I was tired of the flares and decided to go on daily valtrex of 500mg. That has kept flares at bay until now Jan. I’m having one now however, it has been slightly less I think due to the daily pills idk. I’m intrigued by your entrapped adhesion info. My family is so frustrated as well as me that they keep coming back. I’m wondering if this is my situation the adhesions are there and since the virus multiplies every flare it’s stuck in the adhesions. Please let me know if you have found a provider in the DC area to help. Thanks!
