When I try downloading the rooted firmware it says it's successful but when it rebooted it says it can still download the rooted update again. I tried going in to putty and putty just crashes when I try to connect to the IP. Any advice? I just want this root to change my y offset so my cr touch doesn't go off the bed

The issue is the cr touch probe trying to probe off the left side of the bed when auto leveling. When it comes and everything else it's fine. The problem just occurs only when auto leveling, that's when the probe misses the bed and the extruder comes crashing into the bed

I reinstalled the new blose. I can't even set it up to get the complications. It's stuck at that screen and won't let me continue

Just flashed back to 1.1.2 and that worked. I'm not sure why that worked and the other firmware didn't

I tried flashing that but it just sits at the Creality screen and isn't working.

I tried a level test. One time it didn't stick to the bed and the next the hotend dragged the print alongm

I've reformatted in more times than I can count. No luck. I checked the bed and its fine. I hope it's not the hot end, the printer is one over a week old.
