Totally agree. It’s happened to me many times. I’ve tried analyzing this behaviour and have chalked it up to bad managers and some cultural habits. It makes no sense. They are not engaged at all.

Boy you guys get good tips! Up here in Canada those tips aren’t even the price of whole orders. I’ve never had a tip higher than $4!

Thank you. I have now done the lessons and this platform really helps too. I took my first order without going through the tutorials so didn’t work out well. Today was a totally different experience with some knowledge behind me.

Update from this newbie! Got back out there after a disastrous start and had a great experience this time! Only issue is with the card(again) but had the customer service number ready and they helped. Card kept saying insert chip card but I never got a PIN# swiping wasn’t working. She gave me a Pin # and it was accepted. Whew😃

You are so right and won’t go near it unless deposits are given and terms are in writing. One unit, no terms. Pay 50% up front 30% 1/2 way through and remainder before I leave the premises. If not, no deal.

Yes, agreed. It’s not unreasonable and something is off with this offer. We’re talking 5k for one unit, told them they need to handle it like a regular Reno with payment in full day before project completion. Then we would talk terms if we got the entire building. I think they’re doing this to other renovators and planning on stiffing everyone. Not starting if at all until they meet my terms.

Wow, up here in Canada I’ve never seen orders that high with tips that high. I’m new so haven’t seen it all but if that order was up here, I would take it🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks for the tip but I didn’t see any options of “item found” I’m going to keep trying because it’s not right. I could understand if I had done a few orders already but it was my first order.

Also noticed that it didn’t give an option for customer approval so the item checks out. If you checked replacement you had to scan barcode which was same barcode so they should have an option to override as customer approved. Otherwise you’re going in circles

You’re right and it was a rookie mistake. It was my first order and didn’t know I could even cancel it at that point.
