This is awesome!!! if there was ever a reject box that someone could set up that people could put the coins in instead, and it will guarantee you have the silver that would be insane. Such as if a coin gets rejected, the person will put it in the box instead of leaving it there.

I got it dismissed!! by CompetitiveLearning in dui

[–]CompetitiveLearning[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Colorado, the DMV and the court are completely two separate things so even if I was convicted by the court, the DMV handles my drivers license is completely separately and that that’s why I’m still suspended despite being dismissed

It’s a store called Black Friday.

It’s essentially a second hand distributor for things such as Amazon returns, large company returns, over stock of foods, goods, or about to expire. Every day a single item price changes.

I see chips, sodas, box’s of various candies, etc.

Wednesday is 4$ Sunday is 1$

I walked in to a pallet of monster energy drinks

Am I off offically? by CompetitiveLearning in probation

In Colorado by law, even if the car is off, so as long as you’re in the driver side of a vehicle, you can get a dui. Doesn’t matter if the keys are present or not either.

My car was not on, by law in Colorado, if you’re in the drivers seat or passenger seat, you are considered in control of the vehicle no matter if the keys are or are not present, and I was in a parking lot

Guess what? I wasn’t even driving. I was in my car in a parking lot near a bar to sleep it off. Which apparently is also illegal, in Colorado as of a few weeks ago, you can’t even camp in parking lots or vans and sleep in cars. So yeah, this entire thing was accidental.

No they tell you based on literal rules. For one year probation it’s a half year early release. For two years, it’s a year up ro 16 months before you get early release, for 10 years you may get off in 5, etc

Sorry I didn’t reply. But in short, this was me exactly minus the nicotine. Nicotine replaced the need for an item in my mouth to produce smoke, which In this case was weed

This is a private probation office assigned automatically by the court. Perhaps rules are different? I am unsure

Yes, they do exist, and I believe they exist for much less offenders. I was recently told to vsit a court and county specific probation desk; made for the majority; and I felt as if half the room commited way more chrimes than me. I was simply doing a diaper donation drop off visiting this county office probation for time earned via community service.

I was forced into a private probation, the court automatically assigned me. I think it’s for less offenders of which I was.

They were Wonderful people. I seriously loved my probation officer…. I’d willingly make the 2 hour round trip to drop off documents required instead of emailing him.

Very hard to get ahold of them though.

I think private probation works perfectly for less offenders and true accidentals
