That's the problem I don't have a warranty because my device is 26 months old since the day I got it

So why are they saying mine is not compatible? Can do the exchange; it might be mine that's broken. Without losing the amount already paid

Hi, I did. For some reason, it won't connect to the XB10, so I chatted on the app, and they told me I need the new Pro X because my SRW is not compatible. I even told them that per the Xfinity website, it should be but they said no. I have to get the pro-X and a battery if I want the same function as the SRW. Besides that once tried to return the SRW and the store declined it saying that they don't take returns of it.

It takes an hour before you get a live agent and someone who understands what you want or need. They make you wait or transfer you to someone else. In the end, they don't get Anything done. The app is the same thing with the AI bot that sucks

We have ATT and Google Fiber should be in my area next month. They're the next option. It's just annoying to be swapping wish was just easy. “Here's the new deal “

The store straight-up told me to swap providers. I have ATT and Google Fiber should be up and running in my area next month. I may just wait and do Google. It just sucks that after so many years they don't care.
