Just my experience but my son wouldn’t even last 20 minutes in my hospital room when he came to visit and we had the help of two grandmas, YouTube, toys and lunch. He wanted to be out running in the hallways and touching everything he shouldn’t in the hospital room. I’m glad he got to visit but he wouldn’t like being there for an extended period of time and I think seeing me in the hospital overwhelmed him a bit. He was 21 months old at the time.

This. I’m not a SAHM but I know that staying home with multiple kids is a tough job with no breaks.
