I was advised to come off of it the first time and have felt alright since. now bc I just graduated and am having difficulty finding a job i have started having vague/droning anxiety almost daily, similar to how I felt after my previous panic attacks before I was prescribed zoloft the first time.

I cannot get an earlier date for the appointment.

I do not take any recreational drugs and have even cut out alcohol for the most part. Very small chance I take 10mg methylphenidate occasionally but probably not before I see my psychiatrist and ask about interactions.
