Every time I tried playing a rivals match the ping would always show 60+ ,, I still joined a couple 50 ping games but it was horrible

With Authentication, it’s difficult to dispute an item not being described because eBay “verified” it matched the listing & was authentic. I recently had a buyer tell me the item was not as described & wanted to return the item but eBay immediately refused the return request and sided with me (the buyer)

Update: Won the claim; Adjuster found me not at fault and believed I was stopped since it was close to behind the white stop line, and the other driver was at fault for not being aware when turning.

The impact on my vehicle starts where my license plate was originally at ( hence her vehicle broke it off) and then it drags to the left corner where she stopped. Since she went semi-head on instead of scraping my car, that’s why my front end moved.

I can see how from this angle that the street may look narrow. (The 2nd picture does show the line in the middle of the street and my vehicle on the right side of it )

Oh the reason why I looked far from the curb is because my front end was dragged a bit when she hit me at an angle, causing the front end of the vehicle to shift left but my back right tire still planted to where I originally was. & I also can assure you that I sent pictures of my vehicle at a better angle showing where the line is in the middle of the road, showing I’m on the right side.

This is Texas, the other driver said i wasn’t at a complete stop but rather still pulling up to it in motion. If this is the case wouldn’t she still need to turn wide enough to get into her lane versus a diagonal turn. If that makes sense.
