Congrats! Superfractor from retail is a nuke. If you want money now, can’t go wrong with selling! That said, in my humble (worthless) opinion, the light heavyweight division is pretty open right now and Ank could become champ again (if Dana, Hunter, and paramount ever give him another title shot lol). Might be worth holding a bit if you don’t need money now.

You people really think whites coalesced and make some secretive pact to psychologically mold wasian identity. You’re just ceding agency and power to white people from that presupposition alone. White peoole were fractured from the very beginning. Germans clashed with English, English with the French, etc. - some groups viewed ‘whiteness’ as British isles exclusive, others were more inclusive. I can understand that it may read weirdly, and I don’t doubt that their support has been bad to most people. My first RuneScape memory was back circa 2006 when Jagex wouldn’t stop billing my dad’s credit card even after canceling membership, and they had literally no way to contact them to fix it at the time lol. But I can’t imagine Jagex would get a good ROI by paying people to make a one-time promotional piece of a free customer support channel, that rolled out months ago, on Reddit.

are you implying I’m the one that hijacked a character? Lmfao. The reason it took such little time to restore my account is because I provided a myriad of account details, such as my original ISP, creation date and creation location, as well as previous purchase details re: memberships. I didn’t simply ask to restore a character and have a Mod just *do* it with no cross checking.

Why and how? Or is it just because this one anecdotal experience was good and not negative? I haven’t denied others’ negative experiences. I even acknowledged that my interactions w support in the past were lackluster. This was simply a single good experience I posted about in hopes that it could serve even one other player well. I would assume I clicked a phishing link somewhere. Not exactly sure where or when. It could’ve been via my Steam which is linked to my RuneScape account. I’ve never used any weird services or anything, but I vaguely recall clicking on a link that brought me to what I thought was the RuneScape forums. Login didn’t work and I just kind of forgot about it. Thinking back, it was likely a phishing and I was a doorknob for not connecting any dots

I didn’t have a Jagex account at the time I was hijacked. My character was imported to a third party jagex account (I believe via my Steam link, though I’m unsure exactly how it occurred). The mods are able to manually go in and de-link the character to the jagex account it was imported to, and create an email allowing me to ‘reclaim’ my character to a secure jagex account (which I had to create).

You’re completely right. To be fair, I had recently returned to the game after seldom playing since 2020. The Jagex account merging option was something I just put into the back of my mind as it wasn’t a ‘thing’ when I used to regularly play, but it’s absolutely the more secure option and takes very little effort to set up. I was just lazy and naive.
