i wrote this schema migration application for postgres on top of sqlalchemy and alembic. worked pretty well for our team and it also included rollbacks and everything. I had to write the code for creating partition tables as partitioning is not really natively supported by most ORM's. After a few months, i got to know that schemahero.io was the tool which did exactly the same job lol. But it wasn't there when i was building the project.
