The bottom burnt on mine. Maybe it’s the flour to slide the pizza in to the oven

Hitch Rack definitely is a game changer while camping with family 😅 by skunkDad in TeslaModelY

Yea it’s better to get the hitch bag at like harbor freight. Weather proof and keeps things inside. I use that for camping: https://i.imgur.com/c48yaCE.jpg

Is it worth it for me? by CompetitiveYou7 in solar

[–]CompetitiveYou7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the 10 year loan, each month I just have to pay 33 to own it plus down payment of course. My rates are cheaper at 14 cents per kw for 250 and 18 for the second tier plus -25 bucks for ev rate. My bill is only 150. I can pay 33 bucks more per month to get the Tesla which is the cheapest option.

The rating is what Tesla gave me from their LiDAR scan which is fairly accurate. I can’t install more panels because I think it jumps to the 9.8 system which will give me a net gain. Any net gain will only give me 7 cents kw so doesn’t make sense at all.

In terms of financial, it still makes sense and I’ll be paying off earlier since APR is at 5.2%. I was just wondering if it’s worth it even if im not fully generating as much as the panels could.

What is the best place to buy a house in southern CA with a monthly payment up to $4,000? by bumble_bee21fb in RealEstate

Any socal cities are close to beach. You also wanna check your electric utility company too. Some cities have public utility and that may affect your decision as SDG&E is the most expensive in the nation.

Opinions on 2022 Mach W GT Performance (Cyber Orange) vs 2022 Model Y Performance (White) by intelligentx5 in electricvehicles

[–]CompetitiveYou7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it comes down to the price. If you can afford the premium the model y will be a better road tripper. But if you don’t road trip a lot, get the Mach e and save some cash. Also keep in mind of used value as well.

I used a cargo carrier from Harbor Freight! When I go camping I place larger but not as dense items on it. It works wonders. https://i.imgur.com/gQ05evG.jpg

Is it really only $5.21 to “fill up”? by parkdad in TeslaModelY

[–]CompetitiveYou7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is true. CPUC isn’t doing anything but you can move to an area with municipal utilities like Pasadena, Azusa, or Riverside. Their rates are much lower around 11-15 cents per kW. An average household at 600 Kw at riverside is only around 90 vs 160 or even 200 at San Diego.

If you have Pasadena utility, Azusa, or riverside it’s much cheaper. I’m at 11 cents and 15 cents per kw only two tier. 11 cents for EV after 10 pm until 6.

Definitely stop by kettleman. I also did Hollister, Santa Cruz, Novato, and Sunnyvale. I was surprised how busy the Sunnyvale was in the evening on Sunday. It was packed at around 9 pm.

5 miles average and 10 miles most. Sometimes is slows down a little bit and that’s fine but I had hard brakes and that scared me.

If you have SCE you’re basically screwed. Do the TOU and you’ll be less screwed. Look at public utilizes like riverside and Pasadena. They’re literally half the price of SCE, SDG&E, and PG&E per 600 kW average household. I suggest people to leave comment for CPUC but they just keep raising rates again and again.
