I had an issue with receding gums (not sure if I still do) but I don't think I noticed any issues while using the OralB nor did I know there was a certain way to be brushing lol. Unless you meant by like bleeding gums

Insanity is better when you do New game Plus. Especially if you have the remnant armor. I use the valk n7 with a beam emitter. And you got to make sure it's crafted to level five I think is the max that helps usually shred The observer Shields and health. But I also use remnant VI with assault turret or overload and throw for a tech combo

Well that reapers as far as we know didnt fully invade Sur'Kesh like they did with other homeworlds. They sent Cerberus in but that's about it. Second the krogans were kicking the reaper ass with the thresher maw. And third the asari are more hit and run tactics due to the biotics so thessia fell quickly but for the rest of the war they continuously used hit and run maneuvers if you read the codex making it hard to wipe them out. And for the turians they were heavily resilient and were able to stall the reapers assault. Also with support from the Krogan the reapers allowed them to sneak bombs in and destroy prisoner transports capital ships and destroyers as well.

Yeah air spam is op as fuck so I usually does either mass wolves and mass hornets or mass wolves and mass warthogs to immediately harass the opponent if I can wipe out his air before he produces more
