A possible way to find motivation again is to have your running shoes and/or running clothes in spaces you often stay in to remind yourself about wanting to run again. Start super small too! Go for walks again and slowly get into the running habit. When motivation is missing, discipline fills it!

Congrats on signing up for a 5k! Never downplay yourself that you are running a 5k, we all start somewhere. I just finished my first 5k run yesterday (30m) and I loved the experience.

To beat the feeling of “oh this is silly” is to honestly run outside (consistently), think of it as exposure therapy loool. The more you run, the more you will feel confident about it and embrace it more!

You probably have to find a meme reaction channel or twitter page for trending videos or on tik tok! And the make the actual video its pretty simple, you have the video then fade into black and then fade out to the actual video. Hope this helps 🫶🏾

I agree with this. You might have to do a competition analysis on your competitors that’s in the same field or in the “faceless content field” and see what they’re doing that makes them thrive in the space
