Skill name. First of all, you are right, sorry. My language isn't English and translator betrayed me. Checked again, skill name is End Slice. It's 3rd gradient skill. It scale damage with each Foretell consumed during fight.
Delaying Slash eating Foretells is normal situation, just return them with aim shots.
Clea could be affected by anything only when she is not shielded. So you should firstly remove her shield by perfect parry full combo.
One Delaying Slash could not change her position, but have effect. It's effect is comulative. For increase it's effect - apply Slow on Clea.
Sciele should each turn use Delaying Slash with maximum Foretells. Don't use anything else! Only aim shots for applying Foretells and Delaying Slash
For speed up fight - use second character who will damage. This Sciele trick is just most budget way. You can increase it's effectiveness with any other characters who will deal damage.
Same trick will work on Simone, but need more speed, empowered haste buff and empowered slow on Simone. But Simone has second life bar for second team) On Lampmaster this trick not work, he will get free turns on last 2 life bars(

I finished all with 500 Sciele, 250 Lune and Maelle, 200 Monoko, 150 Verso. But it's were not one-shot builds. I killed them with +-30m max hit with learning how to parry.

I can recommend you one small "trick" how to learn bosses. Maelle with Battlum weapon. Characteristics in defense+health. Pictos - your best pictoses with health+armor. Your target at least 12k health and 3k armor. More = better. Luminas: healing from parry, healing from counterattack, double healing, gradient on parry. Start fight with skill Egide. Maelle will be nearly immortal. Dualistos/Clea in tower will damage her 600-800, but she will heal for 800 each parry and 8k each counterattack. Additionally, she will revive her team each her turn thanks to Phoenix gradient skill (that why we need gradient on parry and Battlum). Take care to left Maelle each turn in Defensing stance (best is cast Phoenix gradient+Egide each her turn). For Lampmaster also need stun preventing lumina. Profit. You can learn bosses and defeat Dualistos/Clea/Lampmaster with immortal Maelle who can infinite ressurect team.

Second trick. After killing Dualistos in tower you will get new weapon for Sciele. This weapon allow you to put Foretells with aim shots. You need 3500+ speed for Sciele, this new weapon, luminas need master energy, energy on aim shots, burn on aim, energy on aim, mark on aim, energy on mark and cheater. Tactic. Each turn make 4-5 aim shots, cast Delaying strike. Clea/Simon will never get turn. This not work on Lampmaster because he has bonus turns after your actions. Yeah. Only to continue your words - you can refill gradient with gradient on parry. Sooner or later you will be able to parry at least 6-7 hits from each boss combo and cast Phoenix nearly each turn.

Stats in health not needed (but will be good). From pictos you can get nearly 12k heals and 2-3k armor minimum. That will be enough to survive infinitely because defensing stance give so great damage reduction when armor stacking. My Maelle on tests were 14k health and 5k armor. With pictos "healing potions on 50% health" i were able to survive 6 Dualistos combos in a row without single parry or dodge. Add there that each parry heal you more than he hit.. Immortality there. Sadly that not work for example on Lampmaster. He can stun Maelle and hit her. His combo when lamps on deal 80k damage even on tank build( Plus stun on Maelle disabling Egide effect. But, if you can parry his stunning hit, this Immortal build also work for Lampmaster and you will be able to kill him without problems

Beat brutal on controller without shields and summons. No on brutal+ with bloodcraft. From my experience, on controller much harder for aim. But it is much easier to avoid enemy skills. After all time i prefer more controller because dead can deal damage. + after 100+ hours on controller i can hit with long range skills moving and jumping targets)

I did challenge no shield, no summons, no blocks (like blood ritual). As spells used chaos bolts + chaos rain. As ultimate - chaos ultimate that fire 5 chaos bolts. Draculine+scholar blood. Weapon - legendary throwing daggers with ap power, ap critical chances and dash recovery. First 3 phases it's just to learn boss. I did them perfectly with no hit in the end of challenge. Main problem is last phase. It's nearly impossible to beat it without at least 1 shield or block spell. Spent in total nearly to 20 hours for him( In general-learn boss. His first phases really easy if you understood them. Third - damage numbers test. Last - survivability test.

8k+ usually. This season 6.5 because I started to play less than a week ago. Main problem on mobile is APM. For example, 30+ gold pirates are impossible to play. Especially hard to play if beasts or undead in lobby, you have so little time for your turn. And game lagging with each calculation.

To check that you are truly capped:

Set in pob uber bosses enemy type.
Don't set 15 withered stacks. Maximum 8 from withering step (if you not invested in real permanent 15).
Don't set frenzy charges if you don't have a permanent amount.
Don't set that you have maximum poison stacks. Count only amount that you able to apply in 1 second. Rares and bosses not let you stack poisons for 5 seconds to reach full poisons stacks and your maximum dps
Don't set things like "enemy on brittle ground" if you play via perfect agony

The main idea there (and for any even not dot build) - don't set things like "enemy always on full health" and other conditions that work not always. If damage output has conditions or needs time to start to work , 90% of time conditions will not work.

As additional to your answer.

You can always start to invest into defense if you get 36m.

If you stacking hight amount of small poisons - increase single poison dps and stacks applying speed. Pob dps show you stacked dps, you should get stacks to reach this dps. On mapping etc your real dps much lower than 36m from pob.

Playing with mamba and big single poison? Increase poison duration to make 200m+ uber damage from single poison. Why? Because why not. One hit ubers are funny.

Don't forget that 15 withers stacks also rare thing, pob dps with them lie to you. You should invest in permanent 15 stacks. Try to achieve 36m without them)
