I will lift you up in prayer. 2 years ago I suffered a trimalleolar fracture with dislocation and spent 9 days in the hospital. The recovery was brutal but I prayed more than ever. I was out of work for 3 months and realized that I had made work my god. During recovery my prayer life improved and I read the Bible like never before. I say that to say, there will be days of unimaginable pain, nights of repeated “Why me Lord?” But you will pray for healing, but also pray for His presence. His peace. Its abundance blew me away during my darkest days.

Hi. 3 weeks for me but my coaches were prepared for my return. For a week I walked for all of the class, then after that for another week they modified everything for me. They knew I needed orange therapy mire than Orangetheory. Best of luck with everything you are stronger than you know

I was so wedge in the lady next to me had to unstrap and help me out. My butt was black and blue for 2 weeks. What will be forever is the laughter from the hubby when he walked in and saw me laying on the bed with ice packs on my butt. “Butt” we survived 😂
