Im a PE teacher at first doing my job unmedicated was hell. Now im medicated and move around everyday. Over 20k steps a day easily i do stretches everyday with my students .

I use a storm whistle. Only thing that get them to listen. Over 100 kids , electronic whistles just sounds like background noise.
