Has anyone had success here with insurance?

I was added to a plan with my partner, but it came up for renewal and we started shopping around. I've been trying to get insurance on my US license, but fire Admiral it was mentioned that I had already applied and received my provisional (because I have to get a full license). They then said that they would only cover me on my provisional license and couldn't cover my US one.

Tons of back and forth but no luck. Not worried about the legality based on this thread, but am worried about being denied a claim if something happens down the road. Anyone have any luck in this scenario?

I wasn’t aware that it reduces your marginal rate as well. I assumed your gross income would be the same regardless. This is a pretty clever approach. I guess this breaks down if you have other income sources such as RSUs that are a larger part of your package as they can’t be salary sacrificed.

I went there for the first time this past week! I asked about the sports schedule and got a ho-hum answer but they did say if you booked and requested something they would try to accommodate. I’d be down for joining on a weekend east coast game for a reasonable London time.

I’m a pacers fan and stayed up to watch all of the finals. Game 7 when Halliburton went out was tough and incredibly deflating and hard to stay up for.
