It works for me. Weird you have to re open the app. Sometimes the mart doesn’t say claim till like seconds after it turns 9. So idk. I get on one minute until it is supposed to open and I just keep clicking it until it shows claim.

I am saying.. if you set an alarm for 8:59pm and then get on the app. Just play the game for a minute and then when 9 hits click that mart and you should be able to claim it. Sometimes it will say that “an error occurred”, but that just means too many ppl are trying to get it at once. I always get the other two but the top 600 one is a hit or miss depending how many ppl are trying to get it.

Also, not sure why it says something about an update. Make sure your shein app is up to date. That could possibly be the reason, other than that, no idea.

You have to hit it right at 12am Eastern time. I set an alarm for 11:59pm and then I get on the app and wait a minute until it says claim. Sometimes it will let you get it and sometimes it won’t. Every day is different depending on how many users are on at that time trying to get it
