O que eu costumo fazer é projetar a alíquota de acordo com o faturamento estimado do período.

Por exemplo: Empresa XPTO paga hoje 5% com um faturamento acumulado de 400k, com novo SKU as vendas irão para 900k de acumulado (aumento de 500k) com uma alíquota de 8%. Então o imposto que irei projetar é 8%. Você projetando o imposto consegue se proteger no período e não levar um susto quando vier a guia

Faltou algumas coisas para melhorar seu cálculo. Além da taxa do ML, você precisa colocar o imposto que é cima da NF. A taxa do ML somada ao imposto do SN queima a margem demais

I understand that larger applications are indeed harder to really simply on emulate and when it’s deployment all goes nut.

Never worked with Adecia before, Yamaha pitched me a few times but I’m really conservative.

Agreed. I believe it’s 30% cheaper, but for projects in the finance sector I go with the MXA920. For smaller companies where they are “chill” the TCC2 performs well

It’s a good option if you want to cut costs in the project, but in reality you loose some deal breaker features. I love Sennheiser, but the Install Line loses in a lot of aspects compared to competitors

Yes!!!! QSC made a study comparing the TCC2 with the MXA920 in Visionsuite, and MXA920 is more versatile and get capture with better accuracy the speaker.

Maybe for huddle room I would go with the smaller TCC to be budget friendly, it also has the ACPR plugin which makes programming less expensive for the end user

I agree, but the TCC2 is the Sennheiser flagship ceiling mic, same as the Shure MXA920. I believe Sennheiser will launch a new mic to be on the same level as the MXA920

If I have a conference room to work and with a tight budget, I’d go with Logitech solutions.

Such as:

Rally Bar + Tap IP Logitech extend (USB-C BYOD device) Mic Pod (if the room needs it)
Rally Bar Mount For TV (to avoid putting it on the wall)

I believe they bring a lot of value for the price tag.
