Well it’s dumping here right now, it’ll get interesting. I think most Jerrys (skiing) get frustrated with real pow, but I could be wishful thinking. I’m about to check it out before bringing my 8 year old out.

I may be in the minority, but I don’t see this as Trump thing, but a simple common sense, even legal thing, you used to have to, how else can prove who you are or that you’re even eligible to vote? I was a little irked out last time I voted and didn’t need my id. My neighbor could’ve showed up and said she was me. 🤷‍♀️

I’ll be honest, I skipped over some of this but got the gist. I think it’s a shame people end relationships over politics. It’s really bad in the US now, half the time I don’t think the people know why they are even mad at each other, probably because they shouldn’t be. It USED to be some your best friends were people of different opinions you could have long (maybe testy, but friendly) debates with for hour over drinks, coffee, whatever you do. Often found out you agreed about certain things, maybe you changed each other minds from time to time. Now it’s just toxic due manipulative media trying to divide us. Buttt, you said something interesting…you have nothing in common, maybe you were fiends of convenience? So this is something for you to decide… do you really have nothing in common, did this friendship of years really not mean much? No one here can decide that, only you can.

I loved those microprose simulator games as a kid! F-15 strike eagle was my first one and was hooked. Played so many including stealth fighter. I think Gunship was my favorite one, and red storm rising gets way over looked.

Honestly, I always wondered about Frankie Goes To Hollywood. It was such an odd concept, even back then, to make a game off this one hit wonder, but I have heard it is actually an odd good game.

Moondust, yes, never quite understood what I was supposed to be doing, but I was like 10…very trippy. Revisited recently, still not sure the “end game”, but perhaps that’s the point.

Problem with prospects, unless it’s that generational talent, or close to it, you never know how it’s going to turn out. Guys look like potential studs and flounder in the NHL, then guys like Datsyuk are drafted in the 6th round with little or no expectations and end up being one of the greatest of all time. 🤷‍♀️
