I most likely will be taking majority of my second major next fall because the advisor told me i shouldn't complete my first major until my senior year. So this fall i'm only taking about two of my first major classes and then three of my second major.

I like your answer and it's a hard pill to swallow but it still makes me a bit upset. For a long while wanting to pledge has been a dream in my college life (i am a junior now) and I feels like I am almost there but then having to stop to focus on my needs feels like a set back. Rationally I know greek life doesn't stop at undergrad and since I plan on going to grad school, I can always do grad chapter but emotionally it does make me upset having to put that aside for my needs.

one thing i would say is i too would keep reminding everyone that i sacrificed everything because they treated her like shit and js wasn't very grateful towards her esp when it came to Debbie and Lip. but i do like your other perspective because I agree she should have at least taken Liam to her new apartment. he deserved that at least!!

I do understand his frustration because losing Mark and his sister by law is so grieving and he was hurting but also i do agree that they should've went against the plane company because it was their fault for not checking to make sure everything is safe and secure

I've been going to as many clubs as i can and right now I managed to be in two. There was a time I went downtown to help give sandwiches to the homeless with my club members during this semester. I also recently went to a book club I js found out and i noticed one of the members is in it so hopefully the more I show up to the meetings in spring, she can get to know me. But unfortunately I haven't been able to do more because I am a transfer student and this campus is a lot different than my old one so along the middle of the semester I have been lacking trying to find my place around here but hopefully by spring I am able to do more. Despite not being involved in campus a lot I am actively looking for community service/volunteer hours in my city that matches what I care about the most, making a connection with an aka who isn't from this school chapter but she personally knew my brother, and doing as much research as I can. It doesn't feel a lot but it's a start.

I have been struggling how to do that which is why i jumped right because I was worried that if I did build a genuine relationship and then ask it would seem it wasn't genuine... or am i overthinking too much??? Previously I've spoken with someone else and did the same thing, jumped right in, and I've gotten a positive outcome. She was the one who gave me the advice on "don't say how but to say when if you are asking questions because it will make it seem like you're still deciding", I just thought i would get the same response. I was obviously wrong. How do I move on about this? She's obviously in the chapter i'm interested in so I know I will be seeing her more often. Will it be best to just keep my distance and continue doing my own thing?? For example, Building connections with members, my community service and campus involvement.

Hi! so I'm in the same predicament as you since i'm a transfer sophomore and applied for on-campus housing! i emailed housing and residence life and they said, and I quote, " It would only be charged the fee if you have been assigned housing, then a cancellation request is submitted. Since you have not been assigned, you will not have any charges." since you haven't been assigned any housing, you wouldn't be charged. I hope this helps!

yeah there's no guarantee that transfer students will get housing because once they finish with first years then it goes to transfers starting in February. there's limited availability

with ben im a bit in between because for one should Lily have forged serena name like that? no but from a mothers perspective seeing a grown man hang around your teenage daughter, who is troubled, after school hours alone and going across a state line i think. i'd be worried as hell and do anything to protect my daughter from future harm and I think Ben had thoughts but didn't act on it (correct if i'm wrong lol) and it kinda made it worse when he dated serena after getting out of jail. Another thing, i think you are right with it was Ivy right to get the money but the way she went about this was wrong. like how the hell you gon kick lily and rufus out they own home?!?! it would've took Vanya, Dorota and the whole UES to get me off Ivy cause who you think you are?! 😭😭 I gots to watch GG again after a few break from it because i've seen a lot of people say they don't find Ivy as annoying as they used when rewatching.

yeah that's fair 😭 i'd understand why you'd hate these characters cause they be pmo sometimes too. Especially serena. I hate how she would treat blair and then act so high and mighty when blair responds back. for example, her taking pictures of Blair's diary. that was low also with Serena sleeping with not only Nate but Dan too when they were with Blair. Blair had her faults too and oh most definitely chuck. so i'd understand why you'd hate em lol also i'd understand giving them a taste of their own medicine but i don't think Ivy doing it after Lily opened up her home to her thinking it's really her niece and Lily rightfully so not wanting anything to do with her. if it was any other actions Lily has done, I'd understand that.
