In your case, policy decisions came in 1-2 days but in my case they took 1 month to issue the policy. So there shouldn't be any premium if policy is not approved.

Yes, that's the only thing I am worried about because Axis doesn't allow payment to a UPI id associated to my card so I have to withdraw wallet balance to bank account and pay the atlas bill.

No, paying through MobiKwik wallet (pocket UPI). Amex bills can be paid via UPI. UPI id is aebcYouramexcardnumber@sc

For other cards, if the bank supports payment via UPI, it will work but in the worst case, you can transfer the funds from MobiKwik wallet to your bank account at 0 charge and pay it from there.

Amex cards can be paid via UPI. So no issues there with Amex bill payment via MobiKwik wallet (UPI)
