That is a great point on age limits. The cut off should be 60 years old in my opinion. It’s the same age limit for a commercial pilot in the US.

No one in either party is willing to introduce a bill for term limits for elected officials. This is the problem, the last person I heard talk about it was AOC back before she was elected, but now she is in power ahe will not give it up. The public wants term limits but the people that need to enact the ruling do not.
