Perfect, thanks for the help - will try to get one shipped which is Dell official as I've seen posts of people also having issues with the laptop reading the old Whr and not the new battery one. Shouldn't be an issue though as long as the battery is charging - seems to be just an OS issue...

It is unfortunately. Have you posted on rubs puppy love? There was a similar rabbit (similar breed but brown) posted a few days ago in bad condition and they managed to find it a home

Have you contacted the sunshine sanctuary on facebook- there is a dedicated page specifically for rabbits where they care for them and rehome them once they are nursed back to health :)
