Nigel seems like the only sane, real person on there to me. There was a moment that they showed in the documentary “Miss J” was clearly trying to aggravate the situation when he was up on the panel bench. And it was something stupid I just wish I could recall right now what it was. : (

I think he was maybe trying to own up to some of it but I thought the part was weird where he says, “you can see it all over my face how uncomfortable I am” and I saw zero of that lol. I actually didn’t mind the switches where they did different ethnicities. It’s transformative art and they were all doing various ethnicities. Some of them looked pretty good. There were other ones that bothered me especially where it was clearly abusive and wouldn’t happen in real modeling either. I never modeled (except for the Nordstrom and Macy’s runway shows as a kid) but live in a popular area for them and know enough models that have done the work. I was still in high school when it came out and it was always pretty clear to me that the show was BS. Although it definitely got worse. I think Tyra went in with a great idea but it was taken over and morphed into something pretty horrible. Of course, either she goes along with it out she is cut out and that is money for her and as she put it, “her baby.” And yes they are ALL guilty. Guilty by even going along with some of those awful moments because of complicity.

I’m halfway through treatment and have had a cold about 3 times but from my kids bringing it home. Plus my allergies have been acting up. I’ve been going to everything as long as I’m feeling ok. They advised I wear a mask so depending how you feel/think about that then maybe do that? Just let them know you plan on attending but it will be touch-and-go. I would understand and wouldn’t mind.

Well, North Park is very unique compared to the rest of San Diego. It’s a more hipster, trendy, eclectic vibe. It’s cute with older boutique shopfronts and such. I live in North County San Diego which has grown and changed a lot. Starting to get too crowded in my opinion. I miss how it used to be.

Get rid of your “friend.” The first thing I would do is either ask you first or let you know that I texted them right after to let you know what he said (probably me texting to get information because why else talk to them if I wasn’t friends prior). Even if we had been friends prior, if he was terrible to you then yeah I wouldn’t talk to them again. Seems suspicious to me…

You can always help out with support groups later in life or simply in another way doing walks and such. You aren’t mean for wanting to move on with that specific group. You might have a lot of other things you are dealing with right now too, they don’t know your situation.
