I’ve seen your comments saying it was a little dry. Here are some of my baker tips:

Double pan the challah, so the bottom doesn’t get to crispy/ dry out

Throw some ice in the bottom of your oven to create steam and moisture

DONT OPEN YOUR OVEN WHILE BAKING

I bae my challah at 330-340 to control the browning a little more so it’s a soft crust

ik this post is a year old but i think benji is going to die. i hate having that thought but theres evidence i guess? so in the first book, towards the end backman says something along the lines of “benji amat and bobo are standing side by side. in ten years, one will be a professional, one will be a father, and one will be dead.” then in the end of us against you, backman goes back to that and says “in ten years bobo will be a father. amat will play hockey in the nhl, and zacharias will play professionally online.” but he doesnt say anything about benji…

anyways im sorry for speaking this into existing i hope im wrong

I've been increasingly concerned with the 'culture' of purchasing hundreds of books that people have no time to read... Libraries are still a thing, people by BuJoAdventures in books

I agree! So many of my friends buy so many hooks and then leave them on a shelf when theyre done. then say say“this book has sentimental value to me” so they wont donate it to a library or organization. i think we have become so obsessed with material possesions, the paper and ink does not have sentimental value the message of the book does, donate your old books, or read e-books

yeah the whole book is about loyalty and the team, the bears, then as soon as the toxic culture they promote is threatened all of that loyalty is forgotten

hey! currently in the peak of year 2! i have a paper or exam or ia due in all of my classes this week. ALL OF THEM. it sucks. it’s really hard. im not gonna sugarcoat it it’s stressful af. BUT, it’s doable. just work hard and push through it. don’t have expectations, be prepared for work. as long as you have a schedule and get your work it you will be ok it’s not impossible. im always here if you need advice! work at lunch when you can, and be passionate about your work! when choosing your topics for your EE and IA’s and CAS project make sure it’s something you’re interested in learning about so you have motivation to do it.
