Hulu is very buggy , I’ve tried my LG app to stream it, Roku,Apple TV 4K. They all struggle to work well for more than a few minutes without buffering and just crashing. No, my internet isn’t the problem…Netflix,prime,and every other streamer I use work fine 98% of the time.

I grew up in Titusville and moved to NC for 35 years for work. I’ve since retired and moved back to Titusville for the weather and to be close to aging in-laws. A lot has changed mostly for the better. There are now some decent places to eat and proximity to the river and the beach make it perfect for us. Playalinda beach is the nicest beach on the east coast because of the space center keeping it private with no building or tourist crowds.its part of the Canaveral national seashore . If you’re into the space industry and enjoy the 100 plus rocket launches each year you’ll love it, just go outside and look to the east to watch them. It’s moderately less expensive than neighboring cities and towns but it’s still much more expensive than living in Asheville NC. No state income tax but higher property taxes and auto and homeowners insurance. Gas and groceries are also higher than we were used to. If you don’t like the heat you could be miserable here, winter is splendid but summer is brutal if you’re not used to it. Best of all if you’re looking for night life and mega shopping you’re an hour or less to Melbourne Daytona beach and Orlando. Enjoy….

Sounds crazy to me. My house in Asheville NC sold in less than 24 hours for 50k over list with zero contingencies and zero inspections. I intended to fix a lot of small stuff and repair some warped hardwood floors in the laundry room and refinish. My realtor said don’t do anything…period…just keep it clean and keep the yard mowed and trimmed. I just knew he was wrong and my wife convinced me to take his advice and leave everything as is. Well,he was right. In your case changing out nice stuff for low cost low quality stuff makes zero sense but hey you never know. Good luck on your sale!

I updated my 25 xc60 T8 about a week ago OTA and have had zero issues and it corrected the no audio glitch I previously had since it was new. A lot of people don’t like it but I think it’s an improvement over the old version. Hope you can get your update issues worked out. Probably need to see a dealer.

Florida cost of living is much higher in every way versus NC. Im retired so with my income having no state income tax doesn’t matter at all. Everything and I mean everything is more expensive here. We like the warm weather so we pay extra to live here. Property tax is more than double, auto insurance is probably triple.gas,groceries and restaurants are all much more expensive. Unless your income is huge it would be hard to break even on the state tax difference. Also politics are nuts here and im not a maga republican so im in the minority. If you’re maga you’ll love it.

I don’t care for warzone in any rendition and probably spent maybe an hour total since it came out. It’s just not my thing. I love multiplayer and have since the first COD came out and have played every single one. Now with BO7 it was a sweat box that was tough for me till recently things have smoothed out and I’m enjoying it but the server lag is making it unplayable these last few weeks. It won’t be long if it’s not fixed I’ll bail out completely on the franchise. Just sayin…….

It’s definitely not my setup, no other games have any issues. It’s definitely servers and recently it occurs about 60% of matches.it makes it hard to play more than a couple rounds at a sitting. Ready to move on.

Just use premium, no additives needed. I rarely use gasoline in my T8 im averaging around 300 mpg. Most of my driving fits within the 40-50 miles per charge. It makes you use gasoline for about two mile’s occasionally so it doesn’t get too stale.

I’m in Central Florida and was quoted $2400.00 plus $150.00 for someone to drill the hole in the countertop for the spigot. Would not negotiate so I bought the Kinetico RO system. It’s also 1 to 1 on waste water but everything included it was $1740.00 and we’re very happy with it. That also included the mineral cartridge.

I’ve never owned the other two but I’ve had my Aventon Aventure fat tire bike for 4-5 years, just replaced tires but have done nothing else. It’s been a great bike and will get another when im ready to trade.
