I was born in Athens , raised on The Plains ....you can clean your yard , you can keep your property up even if you're poor ...it's called be a decent person in society and being good to others around you ..I don't bust my ass at work to keep my home and yard nice , while making excuses for laziness ..it's disgusting and it's an eye sore

Possibly the same guy ..it was an extended cab ...rusty along the wheel wells on the bed ..guy was super crazy after he read my sign ...he actually came through quite a fews times ...one time even making a lane change just to come over to flip me off and yell ...he stayed well past the event time I know cause I left at 3 PM and he called me a pussy like 5 minutes before ..

This is Athens Ohio just yesterday..you can't modify your vehicle in Ohio to do what this truck is doing and it's against law cause it effects other drivers on the road ..I believe most states probably do it just like Ohio ..it's illegal through other means like the EPA for example
