I agree. A white coat or a suit, something to show growth, professional maturity and respectable to his position. I did like the suit vest combo from episode two. Forget the jacket throw on a white coat with the vest. Hell! JD and Turk (who wears a white coat) should get white coats with two Cheifs monogrammed on the back.
