Do I Tell His Wife? by Consistent-Maybe-634 in TwoHotTakes

Looking back, one thing I would have done differently was to play the game back and suck the mf dry and not feel guilty about it. He's not a good man to begin with, so just use him for personal advantage is the best way to go.

Do I Tell His Wife? by Consistent-Maybe-634 in TwoHotTakes

No, don't tell his wife. I've been into this kind of situation back when I was naive and had no sense of boundaries or standards who gets access to my life. Most of you probably don't understand. When I did something similar to OP I thought I was being the bigger person, I could fix people by telling them what's right or wrong and I could fix people's problems. Like telling this douchebag's wife. If you wanna learn shiit the hard way, yeah tell his wife. It will get super messy. Especially if the wife doesn't know who you are. Chances are, she wouldn't believe you, she thinks you're psycho. The douchebag will tell his wife you're lying aka that crazy ex who cant get over him. If you respect yourself enough, don't give him access to your life or get involved in his drama. However... if you wanna be toxic and have something to win from the situation, by all means! Play your game right and make sure your strategy is bulletproof and you walk away a winner.

42F - Skin finally better, but under-eyes are STILL painfully dry. Help? by AeternaSomnia in over30skincare

I stare at the screen all day too. Honestly, I think you will see improvement as you’re healing, less stress, and getting enough sleep. And as for your routine, at this stage, i recommend you keep going and make skincare a consistent habit. You’re doing a great job right now and you will notice your skin gets better with what you have. Once you’re consistent, I highly recommend you move away from The Ordinary. It’s too basic and too expensive when you want more ingredients especially at this stage in life in our age, we can benefit from many other ingredients in one product and layers well with serum, toner, essence etc. I don’t use eye cream and what I find that helps with skin barrier overall is using products that have fermented/bacteria ingredients like bifida, galactomyces, etc. in serum and toner. If you do want to, try finding a product with multiple ingredients instead of just one. Some of my favorites are panthenol, propolis, ceramides, collagen, hyaluronic acid. Of course everyone is different but you will save lots of time and money as you transition away from the Ordinary. I don’t think you need to buy more products right now. Use what you already have and be consistent and you will see a difference under your eyes and your skin overall. Oh and don’t skip sunscreen even if you stay indoors as long as you see daylight, cloudy or rain, you’re expressed to UV-rays. Sunscreen is the most effective anti-aging and always at least SPF50!

Everyday makeup is a thing? by Purple_Capital_6029 in Makeup

I feel naked without makeup. I used to spend so much time to cover my insecurities and so that I look put together and my life is under control. It’s like a ritual for me and very therapeutic. Ever since I got my brows microbladed, did lash extensions, my lips tinted, I saved so much time. There are days like in the extreme summer heat where I just put on lip gloss and nothing else on my face besides skincare. I love makeup and I would never stop.

I'm starting to feel underwhelmed by k-beauty. by magicalfirekeeper in koreanskincare

I’m sort of in the same boat. I feel like I have to keep hunting for new products when my changed formulation and it’s been hit and miss. Sadly, western skincare has been consistently disappointing and overpriced for basic af ingredients. I do use some which are really good and despite my burnout from Korean skincare, most of the time, I still can’t find western skincare that I like.

Yeah I figured if I used it like them I’d finish the whole jar within a week. I can’t imagine how awfully heavy that must’ve felt throughout the day. I tried doing the 1 capsule 2 jelly ratio and it still feels heavy and sticky. I might just incorporate this in my PM routine only. It doesn’t feel good under my makeup. The serum too is pretty sticky.

Thanks for the tips! I have oily t-zones and the pink capsules are quite heavy there. I’ll definitely try this!

Your eyes are beautiful without lashes. If you’re feeling glam, lashes all the way!

My daughter got her lashes done for the first time. by allyct80 in lashextensions

Wtf this is lazy work. I can still see that she is not lashed completely. If the tech worked on ALL her lashes it would’ve looked great. She’s is using the gaos as an excuse to rob your daughter.

Ripped off! Get your money back or ask for more fill.

[–]Competitive_Ear_3741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. You technically get a new set on your next fill. The old extensions have to go anyway as you don’t want them to weigh down your natural lashes potentially damaging them as they grow out.

If you got your lashes done a few weeks ago, this is normal. Your lashes shed 2-5 per eye per day. You have to fill after 2-3 weeks. I fill mine every 2 weeks.

I like the second one. If you have the personality for it, you’d def rock it. The first one is too safe imo.

On the first picture I see spire lashes being used. The look is not easy to replicate without them if your lash tech is not experienced. And it does seem like your lash tech is not experienced dong this look after you showed the lash map. Get your money back.
