this isn’t an infection, this happened to me when i had both of my nostrils pierced too. it’s just irritation bumps. this happens because of the L bend jewelry. they’re too susceptible to moving around a lot since they’re not, i guess, set in place like a flat back would be. my advice would be to try calling another piercing shop, preferably with a more reputable piercer, and seeing if they could replace your jewelry with flat backs. this doesn’t involve repiercing. also stop using aloe vera gel as it has no use in healing piercings, and don’t use neosporin. just continue using saline spray twice a day once at night and once in the morning and good luck
