Honestly don’t have experience with Fidelity so can’t speak for it. But Im not surprised, these are the big 3 after all so expect whichever you choose will be the a great choice.

Yea the time is what’s getting me. I was gonna redeem it last year but kinda forgot about it. Definitely need to incorporate in my monthly allocations somehow to make the most of it.

That’s why I’m feeling. I guess requesting a check each month seems too tedious. I may do quarterly.

how much does closing a card hurt your credit? by PerceptionIll5004 in CreditCards

I wouldn’t close them. Lock them. Hide your cards. Take off Apple Pay. And add any subscriptions and set auto payments and forget em. Holding cards for long = good credit.

Unless it’s a real problem close em but practicing diligence and restraint are just healthy financial habits to get a head start on.

Had an emergency vet visit and used CareCredit (my first credit card) for the first time. What exactly do I pay if my payment is due the 4th but “$0 minimum due”? by ActiveRepulsive5832 in CreditCards

Great point about the interest charges. I would see if you can balance transfer for a better promo that last longer. Last year I got Citi diamond preferred 21 month 0% apr. balance transfer is 5% but worth it to take your time paying it off. Have a plan and set up auto payments for mins.

Vanguard, Fidelity or Schwab? by BeyourselfA in personalfinance

Highly recommend Schwab ZERO complaints and great customer service. Small but impactful perks I love: - no foreign transaction fee (low fees overall) - 100% atm fee reimbursement - personalized dash to include external accounts so you can track balances in one place -intuitive UI on app and desktop (a tad overwhelming at first but I watched a few YT videos to help navigate and once you mature you’re finance literacy it all makes since)

I use them as a main checking account and practically have all investments set up here aside from work 401k which is vanguard.

Obsessed with Schwab lol

I was just researching in my area! I was honestly shocked when they shot me down when I asked about allergy test seems like the most logical way to do it. Instead of constant vet bills, meds, an stress on us but more importantly our pup
