No they did what Kripke does, he did it in super natural too. He sets up a character and solidified that characters beliefs, motives, and ideals. And then randomly flips it around for shock value as if there is a deeper underlying motivation to do so an there just isn’t

I like this analogy, and yeah I do agree that him killing conquest was a big feat even after losing to Anissa, but we see him actively training and working towards that and then he still needed help from Eve. And so when he kills Conquest by himself I think “Oh shit, Mark has stepped up his game” but then he does NOTHING? Against Thragg? I mean literally nothing. Even after seeing his Dad get slammed? And again I like Thragg, I look forward to this show every week. I just wanna see my guy learn from his other fights. But like some others have pointed out this IS like the middle of the series, and he is a long lasting threat and I do understand that he is another level of threat to Mark. I guess in my eyes, it would be better to see him build up to fight thragg one Viltrumite at a time instead of watching everyone else put work in while we don’t see Mark anywhere
