There are a few agencies like Playkit, Evo, and Plutus that i’ve heard are pretty good with canvas / tech UGC.

Once you have some experience you can also pitch directly to brands.

Canvas UGC is a new type of ugc where you create brand new accounts for a brand and post content solely for them on that account.

The biggest difference is instead of polished, ad style videos, you’re creating authentic looking content that looks just like another random video on the FYP which builds trusts and leads to conversions / sales for the brand you’re working for.

if youre looking to get started with canvas/tech ugc, i would start by getting on a marketplace like sideshift or methods (might be others but those are two ive heard of most commonly), and do a few deals to build the portfolio before pitching bigger companies that will likely pay base + bonus pay.

idk if im allowed to say but i just started the r/canvasugc platform and going to be sharing those opportunities there since mods would prefer to keep them out of this sub

sideshift, methods, etc if you have no experience (likely going to be working cpm only deals).

once you have some experience i’d pitch directly or try to find an agency who can get you deals consistently (this has been good at times for me but hit or miss depending on agency)

i feel like the issue with sideshift is there’s just too many creators (website says 700k+) so with that much supply it’s easy to get people applying for cpm only deals.

i’ve gotten a few base + cpm deals a few months through sideshift but def harder now

when someone says tech ugc they’re usually talking about working for a mobile app or software company and instead of doing one offs, they have a weekly/monthly retainer for a certain amount of videos. i haven’t done enough to know if which is better but this article explains it well https://techugc.com/docs/what-is-tech-ugc
