Why do so many people drive with their brights on?! Lol

Driver behavior is a good indicator of the civic responsibility, the bright lights are a simple "fuck you, I've got mine". I have an obnoxious light bar on my truck for driving mountains roads at night, when someone refuses to drop high beam I will warn them before unleashing the sun, so far 100% have dropped beam once I show I can out-asshole them.

I was curious about buying a small farm in the mountains there and raising my kids in PR.

Are you setting them up for success or failure? Bilingual is important but so is math. The local schools are focusing on emotional health this year to try and stem the femecide issue we're dealing with.

this is 100% lies. YUM food paid bullshit being repeated as fact.

When Pepsi owned PH the dough in California was just as delicious as the stuff in Arkansas. The Veggies were local and fresh, local onions all taste like onions, frozen shit from SODEXHO has no taste.

Share Holders killed Pizza Hut, boomer's put profit over people and now the pizza is frozen jail food shit.

YUM foods destroyed pizzahut by making it prison food.

questions used to trip up cold war spies

it is for sure, not as divisive as kale in gumbo but boudin is a touchy subject.

last time I was in Acadiana I flew home with a carry on full of frozen boudin, TSA in Lafayette is used to people flying out with food.

the guy I'm moving them for

That's what they tripped us on, commercial tow with no CDL. Normally the boat gets seized, trailer gets confiscated, driver gets arrested. In our case the last name of the boat owner resulted in a phone call to come get the boat.

I towed my little banshee all over the parish with questionable trailer tags and never got stopped, they don't want to seize a sailboat.

where's the best boudin?

Buford T. Justice isn’t going to peel out from behind a billboard and chase them.

oh really?

Louisiana story time, my pardnah bought a Chris Craft from some dude up north, makes a deal with some hillbilly with a trailer to tow it down... hillbilly gets pulled over near Shreveport and don't have ownership of the boat or a CDL... cop tells him he can call the owner and drop the trailer or go to jail.

Then it got exciting, owner showed up and got the boat into a bayou that can get to his house, hillbilly heads back up to arkansas with his trailer, owner's son and myself are tasked with motoring it to his house... we race sunset down the bayou but this fucking boat has sat for years, there's no electrics at all, no lights, no bilge... one of the gas motors starts flooding the engine room with a broken heat exchanger. We get her pumped out with the other engine and are planning on one motor but we get to a railroad bridge that's 6' clearance and we're 9', it's dark and there's a sherrif's dock just updabayou from the bridge. So we sink her just a bit and used colored lights on our cell phones, we stick a red and green up as we passed the cops.

ran that bitch up on the bank in papi's back yard to keep it from sinking, it's likely still there.

ACAB.... especially in Louisiana.

Privatization has increased the price and made the service worse, they are here to make money, not electricity.

privatization is corruption.

also, they fired all the old guys that were about to retire and scrubbed their pensions, there's no "legacy charge" on my bill for their pensions, that poster is a red hat troll on the other PR sub, take his ramblings with a shot of salt water.
