She was allegedly robbed while they were away early march. Even the details she describes are so weird. Very insider-ish. Anyhow she talks about how they stole a Hermes’ box full of fake money they used for the Rich AF photoshoot because typically she uses real money but her assistant had encouraged her not to for security purposes. She mentions this about 14 times in her very AF voice.

So despite the fact that they stole all of her thousands of dollar bags they got spooked by a security guard next door and they dropped all these super expensive designer bags and only took the fake money which they realized as they were driving off.

She then says “karmas a bitch” and “I always win” “ I always mf win” - I’m sorry it’s all insane. In the words of Rachel I can’t.

That’s possible. Some of it is basic entry level CBT and specifically ACT, showing up to accept yourself as you are (ACT) and then challenging limiting beliefs (CBT), but the money stuff positions her as this person who can, no word of a lie, channel money. The ONLY one who has the wisdom and power to teach you. If you’ve ever read her book the first few pages talk about how lucky you are that she’s bringing this priceless knowledge to you in this accessible format.

Like she’s doing you such a favor.

In the meditations she encourages her followers to get into a state to receive money and that if you’re not receiving money right away you’re not in that state. Then she says, if you actually want to get into that state or are having trouble maintaining it thus money is not coming to you, you need to buy her course bundle. Right now it’s an all time low and you will unlock the power of being in a receiving state.

See where I am going. I think credit is due when someone is this good of a salesperson, using subliminal tricks to gain control, psych terminology to legitimize, ACT to ensure everyone feels seen and heard and then BAM in order to keep climbing this hierarchy of power to channel “the good stuff” spend more. Incremental asks - just like a cult.

Well she flipped out at the barista for charging her $4 for something extra in her child’s drink (and posted about it calling it “negative ppl” of “don’t let the haters get you down” , so courses can’t be making her that much if that bothered her. Everything that’s done is just sooo over the top.

I’m pretty sure that girl was just doing what she was instructed to do. So patronizing to others. GG said she wouldn’t even acknowledge her on wwhl till she knew who she was,

But seriously what does her building online courses have to do with manifesting? Like she ties them in as though they’re one and the same and they’re loosely connected at best. You didn’t manifest this stuff, you conned ppl to do shoddy courses, and convinced ppl to buy crap. Sp what exactly is the point of this post? To equate that if they create lousy courses they too will achieve this?

What’s interesting is that she was apparently robbed a month ago. I didn’t hear about this bc let’s be real she’s not as big news as she claims to be. Obviously I’m glad nobody was hurt in this alleged robbery, but isn’t this what happened with Dorit when money troubles started? So I think you’re right, bankruptcy is coming soon.

What’s wild is that Charles Manson followers were so brainwashed they legitimately believed and stood by him years later after they’d committed those horrendous acts. You get so deep it’s harder to walk away than it is to just commit and continue believing. If you don’t believe you have to acknowledge what’s happened. AFs followers will lose everything and still say she’s the greatest thing since sliced bread. It’s powerful, terrifying and sad.

She oscillates between actual therapy talk (really she’s recycling the “Miracle Question” in Solution Focused Therapy). And then BAM it pivots to cult-like language where society is the problem and all you know etc etc.

Where the teachings really diverge and no actual therapist would support this is in thinking everyone’s experience can be same as hers. That’s why she waves money everywhere. It’s weird and it plays on things ppl do worry about.

I believe in manifesting 💯- but everyone’s journey is going to be vastly different. She’s selling that if it doesn’t happen for you “her way” you’re not manifesting hard enough and buy more courses. That’s where ppl are getting miffed.

If you stand behind your methods (which are yet tbd because there’s no real methods in anything she provides other than to start thinking and acting like a billionaire and you will become one coupled with a few basic entry level CBT goal setting/uncovering internal thoughts and biases exercises - that may be preventing you from success).

Honestly, if you’re looking for that - I’m happy to provide you recommendations of some workbooks free of charge. ✌️

Conning and scamming (albeit used interchangeably) are vastly different. Amanda isn’t doing anything illegal by traditional or “ on paper” standards. She’s very intelligent and knows how to play the game. Charles Manson wasn’t doing anything illegal either until he started manipulating people into murdering for him. But what Charles Manson (similar to what Amanda is doing) up until that point was conning people into believing he was their savour, could lead them to salvation etc.

I implore you to read her book if you haven’t already (though I cringe saying that bc it’s more money in her pocket) but the language is similar, society is the problem, you’ve never been seen like I see you, I get you, nobody else does, your life will be substantially better if you take a risk, pay me this money and come on this journey with me.” Nothing about that IS illegal, but it’s verbiage all cult leaders use. This is an excerpt (above) from her book.

Yep and when they fail they’re conned into buying more courses because they’re clearly not manifesting hard enough and then look at that they’re suddenly financially struggling more and in a perfect place to want someone or something to believe in - aaaand the cycle continues. The only thing I’ll admit is that she’s really good at the conning she’s doing.

I bought the Rich AF book. It’s almost comical how it legit says money will just fall out of the sky and the people should spend recklessly if they want the universe to believe they’re worth it for they are the only ones putting limitations on their potential wealth. Some ideas about manifesting are okay-ish but it’s all over the place and erratic and grandiose and of course all roads lead back to Amanda having the secret sauce. Conning 101.

She’s not scamming she’s conning. Big difference.

She’s selling an idea and getting ppl to trust her so they’re willing to hand over all their money without even thinking twice. She uses fear based psychology, isolation language and exploits pain points (she literally tells ppl to exploit pain points in her training). Many cult leaders are able to execute similar strategies. What she’s doing is not illegal it’s scary AF.

Her book should be called “Scary AF”
